Builders Incorporated Limited is a construction company incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago on 26th June 2002. Our head office is located at 805 Papourie Road Lower Barrackpore, South Trinidad.

The company was started back in 1995 by Mr. Seeram Dhanesar, a construction supervisor with over 40 years’ experience. Mr. Dhanesar decided to become a small building contractor collaborating with his previous employers and taking subcontract works. After Builders Incorporated Limited was registered, Mr. Josh Dhanesar was appointed managing director, a position he still holds to date.

Today the company have grown to be able to undertake, residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Builders Incorporated Limited is powered by our very experienced, professional and dedicated on site management team and workforce, all supported by our highly efficient and professional engineering, procurement, financial and administrative staff.

Our objective is to provide excellent, professional, timely and cost effective service to our clients, whilst we strive to provide the highest quality projects in the industry.
